Does Twitch allow NSFW streams? ›

While Twitch prohibits nudity, inappropriate attire, p*rnography, and certain Sexual Content, streamers are required to apply a content classification label to certain streams that contain sexual themes, listed below.

Moving forward, depictions of real or fictional nudity won't be allowed on Twitch, regardless of the medium.

For suspensions of 30 days or less, you may only submit 1 appeal per enforcement. For indefinite suspensions, you may only submit 1 appeal (regardless of which type) in a 6-month period per indefinite enforcement. Only the owner of the account in question may appeal an account suspension or warning.

Some moderators can permanently ban you without the option to appeal. Getting a new IP address and user account with a VPN can be the only way to get back on Twitch chat. Temporary suspensions, however, are resolved within 30 days or more. So you can wait it out or get back on Twitch chat right away with a VPN.
