You might not realize it, but managing your brain is super important for your overall well-being and quality of life. The way you think and act can have a big impact on how you feel, and that's where the motivational triad comes in. The triad is made up of the brain's systems for pleasure and reward, bonding and attachment, and self-protection and self-regulation. By becoming the boss of your brain, you can take control of your thoughts and actions and make a conscious effort to direct them in a positive and productive direction. This can help you:
